In our opinion, having experience in consulting is not our top priority.

This may include strengths such as one’s ability to comprehend the “overall picture”, and clearly state what sort of problems the client is facing, or the ability to deconstruct a situation while building a realistic yet detailed plan of action to resolve it. Further, we also consider a candidate's personality and character.
- What kind of career path can I expect?
-
We will decide on the candidate's career position based on the candidate's work experience at the time of the recruitment process.
Usually through support projects employees will gain experience and skills, which will provide them with the ability to move their careers forward. Generally, members will see a step up in their career after 1 ~ 3 years.
- What sort of internal training do you have?
-
For new employees the company provides on-the-job training through project assignments, and various internal training programs.
P&E Directions management members and directors run and instruct the internal training programs. There are two programs that we run: an “Entry Level” training program for our first- and second-year employees, and a "Senior Level" training, geared toward our tenured and senior employees. For entry level employees who do not have experience in business management, we provide an "Entry Level” training program. In this program, we provide you with the fundamental skills for performing business research. This includes foundational business knowledge, basic business manners, understanding strategy, organizational structure, company finance, and economics. We also give you the tools to be able to conduct interviews and perform field work, as well as accurate note taking.
Our “Senior Level” training focuses on developing the employee’s skills as it relates directly to consulting, such as comprehending the big picture as well as structural thinking. Employees will develop their project management and problem solving skills, issue identification skills, ability to develop hypotheses, and efficiently develop work plans.
In addition, we invite key individuals from various industries to give speeches and run discussions with our employees every other month. This allows our employees an opportunity to encounter and discuss subjects outside of the basic consulting world that they may not be able to do on the job.
